1. Hometown Collections
All apparel featuring hometown names is designed to celebrate specific local pride. We reserve the right to limit the distribution of specific hometown drops to their respective regions to maintain the boutique exclusivity of the Fa La La brand.
2. Ordering & Festive Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days with hometown care. For holiday delivery, we recommend placing orders by our stated seasonal deadlines. Shipping timelines are estimates and center around our commitment to delivering holiday magic.
3. Returns & Boutique Care
Due to the seasonal nature of our Hometown Holiday Drops, returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and maintain the festive quality they arrived with. Gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, hometown slogans, and festive branding are the property of Fa La La Store. Unauthorized use of our hometown-specific graphics or holiday motifs is strictly prohibited.
